Website delivery, security and enquiries
Our hosting at OVHcloud processes technical data to deliver and secure the website, including your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and, where supplied, the referring page. Server and error logs may contain this information. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Public search filters do not require analytics or tracking cookies; Google Analytics is not integrated.
If you contact us by email, we process your contact details and message to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual requests, or our legitimate interest in responding to other enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Session cookie and listing links
Administration uses an essential signed session cookie lasting up to eight hours. Outbound clicks to estate agents are stored as aggregate counts per agent. To limit repeated counts, the application creates a protected checksum from the IP address, agent and date in memory. It is not stored in the database and is removed on memory cleanup or restart. It does not create a persistent visitor profile.
This processing supports secure administration and reliable listing statistics (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Opening a listing link takes you to another provider; that provider’s privacy information applies to its website.
Maps
Map backgrounds are loaded from tile.openstreetmap.org (OpenStreetMap Foundation), which receives your IP address and technical request data. Maps help locate property offers; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing this feature (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). OpenStreetMap privacy policy.
Google AdSense: current status
Advertising is currently disabled on this site. Google AdSense is prepared for this website. Neither the AdSense advertising code nor Google’s consent message is currently loaded, so this integration currently sets no advertising or consent cookies. The following sections describe the intended use after activation.
After activation, Google and the advertising partners named in the consent message may use cookies or similar identifiers. Data may include your IP address, browser and device information, visited pages, ad views and interactions. Purposes include delivering and measuring advertising, preventing fraud and, with the relevant consent, personalising ads using previous visits to this and other websites.

Consent, refusal and later changes
The intended setup uses Google’s Consent Management Platform (CMP) in English and German. In the configured countries of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the message is intended to offer acceptance, refusal and management of options. Those options explain the relevant purposes, advertising partners and their legal bases. Where required, consent is the basis for cookies and personalised advertising (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and applicable rules on access to your device). You may refuse consent and continue using the property search.
Once the message is active, use Google’s privacy and cookie settings link at the bottom of the page to reopen, change or withdraw your choices. Withdrawal applies to future processing. Where a partner relies on legitimate interests, the options provide the relevant objection controls. Refusing personalised ads does not automatically stop all technical processing or every form of advertising. Details depend on the selected purposes and partner information.
As the consent message is not currently loaded, these choices are not yet available on this website. Their operation will be checked before normal advertising starts.

Recipients, transfers and retention
Technical service providers, including hosting and email providers, receive data as needed for their tasks. When advertising is active, Google and the partners listed in the CMP are additional recipients; their identities, privacy notices and retention information are available there. Google and other international providers may process data outside the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. Their privacy notices explain the transfer mechanisms and safeguards they use.
We retain technical data and correspondence for as long as needed to operate the service, investigate faults, handle an enquiry or protect legal claims, subject to statutory retention duties. The administration cookie lifetime and click-count processing are described above. Future advertising and consent storage lifetimes depend on the service and CMP choices; there is no single retention period for all partners. Google’s retention information.
Your rights
Subject to applicable data protection law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation and withdraw consent at any time for future processing. Contact us using the address above. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the authority where you live, such as the Austrian Datenschutzbehörde, the UK ICO or the Czech ÚOOÚ where the controller is established.

Request deletion of your account and personal data
These instructions apply to the shared RealtyCenter advertiser account used on realtycenter.eu, immobilien-at.eu, immobilienwien.eu and realestatelondon.biz. You do not need to sign in to make a request. Requests are handled by the operator.
1. Send your request
Email info@altamente.cz. You can use the subject “RealtyCenter – account and data deletion”. If possible, send your request from the verified contact email of your account.
Include your account contact email and, where relevant, your company name. Tell us whether you want to close the entire account and erase the associated personal data, or only specific data such as a Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Apple or LinkedIn sign-in link. No specific form or wording is required.
2. Verify the request
If you no longer have access to the original email address, write from an address you can access and explain this. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we will request only the additional information needed to verify the request. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment details or unsolicited copies of identity documents.
3. Processing and confirmation
When closure of the entire account is confirmed, account access is disabled, associated imports stop and your listings are unpublished. Personal account and profile data, sign-in links and stored import credentials that are no longer needed are erased or, where appropriate, irreversibly anonymised. Closure affects the shared account across all portals listed above.
Records still needed to meet legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be exempt from immediate erasure. This can include invoice and payment records. We will explain which data is retained, why, and for how long or according to which retention criteria.
We respond without undue delay, normally within one month of receiving the request. If an extension permitted by law is necessary, we will explain the reason and the further timeframe within that month. We confirm the outcome by email. If we refuse all or part of a request, we explain the reasons and your options to complain to a data protection authority and seek a judicial remedy.
Remove only a social sign-in link
To keep your RealtyCenter account, you can sign in and use Sign-in options (Anmeldeoptionen) to remove a link. You must first have another usable sign-in method. Removing a link or revoking the provider’s app permission does not automatically delete the RealtyCenter account. For full closure, send the request described above. This does not close your Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Apple or LinkedIn account.
